Late arrivals must notify reception in advance.
Late check-out may be available subject to management approval.

Check-In: 2:00pm
Check-Out: 10:00am
Early or late check-ins must be arranged with staff before arrival.
Late check-outs incur a surcharge of $20 per hour.

Deposits & Payments
A deposit equal to one night's accommodation is required when booking.
Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Full payment is required 48 hours before arrival.

We understand plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy before making your booking.

Cancel more than 4 weeks before arrival and receive a refund less a $15 administration fee.

Within 4 Weeks
One night's accommodation will be retained and is non-refundable.

Within 48 Hours
Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival or during your stay forfeit the full booking amount.

Weather Policy
Refunds are not provided due to weather conditions or changes in personal travel plans.
Third Party Bookings
Bookings made through third-party websites such as Booking.com are subject to the cancellation policies of those providers. Please contact the booking platform directly regarding any changes, cancellations or refund requests.
